Limiting beliefs are the thoughts or inner stories we tell ourselves that hold us back
They might sound like this:
“I could never do that.”
“People like me don’t succeed.”
BEWARE...They’re not facts! They are mental blocks that feel real because you’ve been repeating them in your mind for so long. Sometimes, I’m sure you know the world can be loud, you hear and see so much everyday. Family, school, social media, culture… can plant seeds of doubt in your head. It could have been a teacher that said you weren’t “smart enough” or you saw a highlight reel on TikTok and started comparing your journey to someone else's.
They can also come from:
Childhood experiences or labels
Trauma or failure
Comparison culture
Fear of judgment or rejection
Perfectionism
“I am going to become aware of these beliefs! They don’t run my life”
Your thoughts are so powerful and you have the power to change & control them.
Limiting beliefs are just mental noise — they are not your reality. Every time you challenge one, you get closer to your authentic self. You are here to grow, to heal, and to thrive. Don’t let outdated thoughts write your future.
You’re not stuck — you’re just stepping into your power. One belief at a time.
