Glowing skin starts WITHIN!

I'll be honest....You can have the best serums, toners, and face masks on your shelf — but if you’re not taking care of what goes on inside, your glow will only go so far. The truth is: skin health starts with what you fuel your body with.
Let’s talk about how your daily choices — from water to what’s on your plate — shape your glow.
🥤 1. Hydration = Hydrated Skin
Your skin is made up of cells that need water to function at their best. When you're dehydrated, your skin can look dull, dry, and tight.
The fix: Drink water consistently throughout the day. Add lemon, cucumber, or berries if you need a vibe. Herbal teas count too!
🥬 2. Eat Your Glow
This is why we preach about your gut health! Your skin reflects your gut health. Eating nutrient-rich foods can help fight inflammation, reduce breakouts, and boost your natural radiance.
Glow foods to add:
Leafy greens (like spinach & kale) – full of antioxidants
Avocados – healthy fats keep skin soft & supple
Berries – packed with vitamin C for brightening
Nuts & seeds – zinc + omega-3s = skin barrier support
🍟 3. Limit the Glow-Stealers
We’re not saying cut everything out — balance is key. EVERYTHING IN MODERATION! But too much processed sugar, dairy, and greasy fast food can trigger breakouts, dullness, and inflammation in some people.
Glow tip: Tune into how your skin reacts to certain foods. Your body talks — listen to it.
🌿 4. Supplements (only if needed)
Sometimes, food isn’t enough, skin-specific vitamins (like zinc, vitamin D, and biotin) can help. But always talk to a health professional before adding supplements to your routine.
